Reviews and Ratings
I had a fine short stay at this hotel. It was very clean, modern, and quiet, although it lacked some amenities compared to neighboring hotels which offered more facilities at a cheaper price. The room was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, but not soundproof and could be affected by noise, especially dogs barking nearby.
The hotel overlooks a busy street below for 3 nights, and I felt the room needed a complete refurbishment and wasn't up to the expected standard for the price. The location is near Victory Monument area and next to a nice little park, but it's a bit far from the main shopping areas. The service was courteous but not as friendly as other hotels in Thailand, and it lacked amenities like a bar for relaxation. The dining was good with a decent food selection but missed some finer touches. Overall, the hotel has some room for improvement but offers a satisfactory experience.
The hotel offers a wonderfully quiet stay with a bed to die for, ample storage space, but the proximity to the restaurant might make one feel exposed. The service is very friendly overall, with polite staff who are always willing to assist, although the breakfast is lacking. The location is excellent for accessing the Sky Train and nearby attractions but may pose challenges for late-night returns. The dining experience is average with international options, and the facilities are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room on the 7th floor was fine for our short stay, but the lack of soundproofing from adjoining rooms was a downside. We experienced some disturbance from furniture movements at night. The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being bad-mannered at the front desk overshadowing the polite and helpful ones in other areas. The location was a bit far from the main shopping areas, making it inconvenient if returning after midnight when public transportation is limited. However, being near a park and the domestic airport had its advantages. The dining options at the restaurant could have been better, lacking continental dishes. The hotel facilities were decent but could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice with a great comfortable bed, but cleanliness could use some improvement. The service was friendly and always willing to assist, although there was a brief handover during a phone call. The location was convenient for the BTS but had some drawbacks for late-night return trips. The dining experience was varied, and the facilities were decent.
